By accessing or purchasing from Gear Valor ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Product images are illustrative. Some items, including suits, are made to order using the height and weight measurements you provide. You are responsible for accurate measurements.

Prices are shown in the listed currency and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card details. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

An order confirmation is not acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors, and will refund any amount charged. Made-to-order items can only be cancelled before production begins.

Shipping is free. Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Contact support within 14 days of delivery for returns or exchanges. Because made-to-order items are produced to your measurements, fit-related returns may be limited; we will work with you on remakes or partial refunds where appropriate. Please contact us before opening any payment dispute.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders or chargebacks.

All site content, logos, and designs are owned by Gear Valor or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify Gear Valor against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gear Valor operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
